Registration is possible until 12:00 pm of the day before the Symposium starts. Onsite registration will be available starting at 08:30 am right at the venue. If you intend to register onsite please call us in advance to find out, if there are still any seats available. The best option to do so is to call +49 175 4145520.

The fee includes

  • Admission to all activities during the Symposium
  • NSM proceedings
  • Delegate listings, Networking functions
  • Joint lunches, beverages and snacks during the entire Event
  • Free acess to the evening concerts

Payment can be made only by inter-bank transfer. Bank transfers must cover bank charges. Your registration is not complete until the payment has been received.

 

Cancellations must be send in written form. If you have to cancel the registration, you get 80% back until 30 days before the start of the event. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.

When registering for “Neuroscience with Music”, your relevant details (your name and organization together with your email address only) will be added to the delegate list. This list may be made available to entities directly associated with Neuroscience with Music, including the Organizing Committee, event venues and accommodation providers as well as to key sponsors for the purposes of program planning, room bookings and logistics (subject to strict conditions).

During your registration you may opt to appear on the official list of participants.
